Just so you know, we didn't have any problems with transferring to a regular silicone nipple with either of ours in country. Micah went on a quick feeding strike the first day but the key for him was having baby food mixed in for flavor. Just thought I'd share :)

Oh thanks Meredith, that does help. What brand do you like best. I breast fed my kids, I know nothing of nipple selection. LOL
