Estonia has agreed to waive our pre-visit, so we will not be making two trips, thus saving us a considerable amount of money for the actual adoption. Since we have a daughter with Down syndrome , we feel we know what to expect from her diagnosis, and happily they agreed with us. We are PTL for this gift.

What a blessing!
What great news, Kris! God is working all over the place. It's such a blessing to see all of the great things that have happened through RR lately. Even better to be able to witness God's handiwork in our own lives, no? Hallelujah!
