Sorry, this is a response to your photo of Amanda, though I like the quote. You won with lottery with Meghan, well that is how I feel about my Jessica, just turned nine who has "UP" syndrome. Do you obtain a priority in adoption by willing to take "special" children? I wonder about this. Thank you for your reply.
I am not sure what you mean Jr, a priority? So far our adoption process seems to follow everyone eles, homestudy, INS approval, and lots of $$$ spent. LOL
Jessica sounds like a sweetheart, how is she doing?
