Did not mean to worry anyone, I supposed all Mom's had days like these?? Maybe not...I know I do!

I am hoping you can help me on something. My husband Steve and I live in Flagstaff, AZ and are preparing our dossier to adopt from Ukraine. We are having difficulty trying to figure out how to get a criminal history record. Victoria from AAC thought you might be able to help. She stated you had to jump through hoops for this, but could not remember what you did.I am sorry to bother you with this while you are out of country, but this is one of the few pieces we still need to turn in our dossier. Do you remember what you had to do for this for your first adoption in Ukraine? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
